What this website is

This is the website of All Day & All Night Towing, 545 Bay Street, Fall River, MA 02724. It describes the towing, recovery and roadside services the business offers, and it lets you send a request for planned work.

It is an information site. Using it does not create an account, a booking, or any obligation on either side until somebody from the business speaks to you.

This site is not the emergency line

If a vehicle is disabled, in a travel lane, or anywhere unsafe, call 508-675-1511. The phone is answered around the clock and it is the only path that reaches a dispatcher immediately.

The request form is for work that can be planned: scheduled tows, equipment moves, transports with a date on them. It is read during office hours. Do not use it for anything urgent.

If anyone is hurt, or a vehicle is blocking live traffic, call 911 first.

Sending a request is not a booking

Submitting the form asks us to get in touch. It does not reserve a truck, confirm a time, or agree a price, and no contract exists until we have spoken and both agreed what is happening.

We may not be able to take a job: it may be outside the area we cover, beyond what our equipment can carry, or simply a time when every truck is out. We will tell you either way.

Nothing on this site is a quote. Prices are given by a person, for your specific job, before a truck leaves the yard.

What the site says about our services

Service descriptions, the coverage map, the towns list and the equipment limits describe how the business normally operates. They are written to be accurate and they are not guarantees for a particular job on a particular day.

The weight ceiling stated on this site, 19,500 pounds, is what the bed can carry. It is not the same figure as the trucks' gross vehicle weight rating of 26,000 pounds, which is a legal limit on the loaded truck including the truck itself. Work above the carrying figure is outside what these trucks can lawfully move, and we will say so rather than attempt it.

The coverage rings on the map describe how quickly we usually reach an area. They are not a promise of an arrival time, and this site deliberately does not quote one.

Using the site

Use it for its purpose: reading about the services and getting in touch. Do not submit false information, use the request form to send bulk or automated messages, or try to interfere with the site or the server behind it.

The form has automated protection against exactly that, and requests that trip it are refused.

Content on this site

The text, photographs, logo and design belong to All Day & All Night Towing or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for another business.

The map images are OpenStreetMap's, provided under their license and credited on the map itself.

Links to other sites

This site links to the two other Penacho family businesses, and to OpenStreetMap. Those are separate operations with their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for what happens on them.

Limits

We keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or never offline. Decisions with real consequences, whether we can take a job, what it costs, when a truck arrives, should be made on the phone with a person, not from a web page.

To the extent the law allows, the business is not liable for loss arising from relying on the website itself. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights in the actual towing work, which are governed by the agreement made at the time and by Massachusetts law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the site changes. The date at the top says when the current version took effect, which is September 1, 2026.
