The key to my door would not unlock my car while out shopping. All day all night responded quickly. Staff had an excellent attitude, they were polite and I was back in my car in no time. Definitely referring to them if I am ever in need of roadside assistance in the future.

I broke down on 195 it was so busy , immediately anxiety set in I called and explained my location and situation I expressed how nervous I was to be on this highway. From the moment our conversation ended it was 8 minutes before Scott arrived He helped me exit my vehicle safely , towed it to the shop and repaired it all in the same day ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE customer service !

These guy was great and true to his word. We were stranded on a Sunday with a flat tire with a stripped lug nut. We ran into the owner at a gas station and told him our problem. He listened and gave us multiple options to help us out. Eventhough he was busy he found the time which was fast, to tow us all the way from Fall River to Raynham. Great guys would highly recommend!

Anytime I've needed a tow, this is the place I call. I can not count the amount of times I've been able to call them to move equipment, tool boxes, cars, vans, trucks as well as some lockouts. Dealing with Matt has always been a pleasure. He has always been extremely pleasant, super helpful, knowledgeable and when they say they will show up, they show up. No games, no runarounds. Great people providing the best work. I called to schedule a shed to be moved two days before I needed it to be moved to another location. Scott showed up on time and was awesome. Scott got the shed moved on to the flat bed without any damage to the shed. Once we got to the shed to another location scott did awesome job unloading the shed into the spot I wanted. I highly recommended all day all night towing and their team for any towing needs. Thank you scott again.

I just wanted to take a moment and say that this company , specifically Matt, went above and beyond for me. My daughter was in a major accident and they towed her car to this place . When I called to say the insurance was coming to get it , Matt actually helped me in what all of the next steps I should take .He provided me with invaluable advice. I am grateful because he did not even know me before this day but went above and beyond to help me. He even offered to help talk to my insurance company . I had no idea that I could negotiate the offer and what my rights were. Matt led me through it and even looked up the value of my car during his busiest day. I literally could call him multiple times to ask questions and each time he answered with more knowledge than I could even imagine. Thank you so much Matt. I truly appreciate all you did for me . My mother's car was having problems and died just as she pulled off the highway into a parking lot. She was scared and called me in a panic. I called All Day / All Night Towing for help. Raymond was fantastic. He found my mother's car with just the briefest of location descriptions and towed it safely to her home. He was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Scott from all day all night towing is the best. Got stuck and he was the only one willing to take the job where all the other tow companies gave me exucses over broke down trucks and no availability til the next day. Completely reasonable prices! Also he showed up an hr earlier than he quoted me for which was a huge relief for me. Very quick and efficient and even helped take a look at my suv to see if he knew what was wrong.

Not sure who I had as a driver but super friendly and professional guy took me to the closest warm place while I wait for my ride

One minute, it was 80 degrees out and calm; the next minute, the skies got dark, and what felt like a hurricane came: it tore down trees and electric lines and flooded the streets of Fall River. The rain wouldn't let up as I headed home with my young nephew and toddler son. Almost every street was flooded out. I got stuck at an intersection, and my car stalled out in a foot or two of water. The kids were scared, and I had nowhere to go and felt defeated. After being on the phone with 911 for over 30 minutes, I decided to look up tow companies to get us out of there. That's when I found All Day All Night towing. Matt had finally put the situation at ease, rescuing my son, nephew, and me from the scariest situation we could have encountered. He went above and beyond to bring us somewhere safe, regardless of the harsh conditions outside. Matt was with his young son during this time, and I remember saying, “Hey buddy, your father is a superhero for saving my family and me from a bad situation. He smiled and knew. Five stars!!!
