What this site knows about you

Almost nothing, and this page explains exactly what. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and no database. The only thing we ever receive is what you choose to type into the request form.

In effect September 1, 2026

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and shows no advertising. There is no login, no account, and no payment.

The only information we ever receive from you is what you type into the request form and choose to send. It goes to dispatch as an email. It is not saved to a database, because this site does not have one.

One outside service is involved in showing you a page: OpenStreetMap, which draws the maps. Everything else, the fonts, the images, the map software itself, is served from this site.

What the request form collects

Four things are required: your name, a phone number, where the vehicle is now, and what needs moving. Everything else is optional, and the form says so next to each one: an email address, where the vehicle is going, its year, make and model, and when you need it.

When you submit it, that information is put into a single email and sent to dispatch. Nothing is written to a database, no file is kept, and no copy is made anywhere else. If you gave an email address, it is used as the reply address on that email so dispatch can answer you directly.

We ask for nothing beyond what a dispatcher needs to call you back and put the right truck on the job. Do not send us documents, photographs, payment details or medical information through this form. It is a plain email and it is not built to hold any of that.

Your IP address

The request form counts submissions per IP address, in the server's memory, so that a script cannot flood dispatch with fake jobs. Those counts are held for fifteen minutes and are erased whenever the server restarts. They are never written to disk and are not linked to anything you typed.

Like any web server, the machine serving this site may record standard request logs, which typically include an IP address, the page requested, and the browser's user agent. Those logs belong to the hosting provider and are kept for as long as their own retention policy says.

Cookies and tracking

There are none. This site sets no cookies of any kind, stores nothing in your browser, and contains no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels and no social media trackers.

That means there is no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. It also means we cannot tell who you are, cannot follow you between pages, and cannot recognize you if you come back.

Outside services

Only one is involved when you look at a page. The home page and the service area page show a map, and the map images come from OpenStreetMap. Your browser requests them directly, so OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and which tiles you viewed. Their privacy policy is linked below.

Two others are built in and switched off. A spam check by Cloudflare Turnstile, and email delivery by SendGrid, both of which need credentials that are not configured. While that is the case, neither is contacted and no data reaches either one. This page will be updated when that changes.

Google is involved in two places, and in neither of them does your browser contact Google. The reviews shown on this site are fetched from Google once a day by our server. And when you type an address into the request form, that text is sent to our server, which asks Google for matching addresses and passes the suggestions back to you. Google therefore sees the partial address you are typing, and sees it as a request from us rather than from you: your browser, your IP address and your other details are not passed on. We do not keep a record of those lookups. What you finally submit is a different matter and is covered under how long anything is kept, below.

You can ignore the suggestions entirely. The address boxes accept anything you write, and plenty of tow pickups are not addresses at all.

The fonts and the map software are served from this site rather than fetched from anyone else, so no request goes to a font or script provider.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or hand it to a data broker.

There is one mailing list and you are not on it unless you asked to be. The request form has a checkbox, unticked by default, for occasional email from the Penacho family of businesses: this company, Mike's Auto Body and Complete Auto Tech Center. Ticking it adds your name, email and phone number to a list the three of us share. Leaving it alone sends a tow request and nothing else, which is what happens if you never touch it. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at the address at the top of this page.

We do not build a profile of you, and we could not: with no cookies and no analytics there is nothing to build one from.

We do not knowingly collect anything from children. This site is for arranging vehicle recovery and there is no reason for a child to use it.

How long anything is kept

The email a request generates lives in the dispatch mailbox for as long as the business keeps its mail, the same as a request that arrives by phone or in person. Ask us to delete one and we will.

If you ticked the box for family email, your name, email and phone are also held on the shared Penacho family list until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.

Rate limiting counts vanish within fifteen minutes. Server request logs are the hosting provider's and follow their retention policy.

Changes to this policy

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. Adding an analytics tool, a chat widget, or anything that sets a cookie would all require it.

How to reach us about this

Call 508-675-1511, any hour, and ask for whoever handles the website. That is the fastest route and it reaches a person.

Or write to All Day & All Night Towing, 545 Bay Street, Fall River, MA 02724.

If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, the answer is almost always that there is nothing to delete: we do not keep a database of visitors or customers. Ask anyway and we will tell you plainly.

The outside services, in full

Every service outside this site that is or could be involved, what it does, and where its own policy is.

  • OpenStreetMap

    tile.openstreetmap.org

Supplies the map images on the home page and the service area page. Your browser asks OpenStreetMap for them directly, so they receive your IP address and which map tiles you looked at.

  • Cloudflare Turnstile

    challenges.cloudflare.com

Checks that a form submission came from a person rather than a script, on the request form only. It runs silently, with nothing to click and no puzzle to solve. Your browser contacts Cloudflare directly, so they receive your IP address and signals about the browser itself. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser.

  • SendGrid (Twilio)

    api.sendgrid.com

Delivers the request form's email to dispatch, and the copy sent back to you. Contacted by this server, never by your browser, so SendGrid handles what you typed into the form but never sees your IP address or anything about your device.

  • Google (Apps Script and Sheets)

    script.google.com

Records your request in the Penacho family's shared contact sheet, so the shop has one list of who has been in touch. Contacted by this server, never by your browser, so Google receives what you typed into the form but never your IP address or anything about your device. Whether you ticked the newsletter box is recorded alongside it, and an unticked request is stored as a contact record rather than a subscription.
