01 / Work vehicles

The truck that
earns the money

Box trucks, step vans, stake bodies and work pickups up to 19,500 pounds. A vehicle off the road is a day off the schedule, so we tell you what we can do when you call rather than after we arrive.

Fleet accounts

If you run vehicles for work, we can set your business up on an account so your drivers have one number and your vehicles are already on file when they call. Ring the office and we will get it started.

04 / Who turns up

Trained, listed
and accountable

Anybody can buy a truck. These are the things a stranger can check before handing over the keys to a vehicle their business runs on.

  • Massachusetts State Police listed

On the Massachusetts State Police tow list, which means those calls come to us rather than us asking for them. A state agency does not put a company on that list casually.

  • Statewide Towing Association

A member of the state towing association, which is where the standards, the training and the law changes this trade runs on actually get set.

Every driver on the roster

  • WreckMaster trained

Every driver goes through WreckMaster training, the industry's own program for rigging, winching and recovery. It is where the difference between pulling a vehicle and wrecking it gets taught.

  • Five years minimum

Every driver on the roster has at least five years of experience. Nobody learns on your vehicle.

  • Electric vehicles

EVs cannot be dragged on their wheels, carry high voltage, and have their own tie-down points. Trained for all three.

  • Rollover recovery

Righting and recovering a vehicle that has left its wheels is a separate skill from loading one that has not.

  • Traffic incident management

TIMS training covers working a live roadway safely, so a recovery does not turn into the second accident.
